I have tried to use your instructions to save E Britannica in my favs. I can save it fine but when I try to go back into it it asks me for my username and password again. It doesn't recognise it saying it can't authenicate my access.
Can you give me any idea where I am getting stuck.
Would it be better to ring you and if so which time suits you best.

ReplyDeletemy apologies for not replying sooner, I haven't checked the blog for awhile. The instructions are ones I posted as given by someone else. I will test this at work when I get a minute and see if I can see what the problem is. I can be contacted via Howick College on jane.ryan@howick.school.nz or ph 5344492 xt 840. I wonder if we could borrow a PC/laptop on the day of our next session when we are both at the National Library?

ReplyDeleteI've now have tried following the original instructions myself without any luck so not quite sure were I'm going astray either. I might try following this up on the listserv tomorrow if I remember.
A primary school librarian near us gets her senior student librarians to signinto EPIC on each of the library computers every morning which might be just as manageable.
